Payment Guidelines

Minimum Processing Fee:

A non-refundable processing fee of 30,000 XAF ($50 USD) must be paid before any service begins.

Installment Plans:

Payment in installments is not currently available. Full payment must be made upfront.

Payment Confirmation:

Once payment is made, please send a receipt or proof of transfer to our team via WhatsApp or email.

Refund Policy

As we are not a consular authority, we cannot guarantee the approval of visas. However, we guarantee:

The completeness of your application.

A thorough and professional review of your profile.

Preparation and guidance for interviews and application processes.

Policy Display:

Our refund policy will be clearly outlined during consultations and on all relevant documents to ensure full transparency.

Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation by Client:

Clients may discontinue services at any time. However, payments already made are non-refundable.

Service Termination by iLead Global Exchange:

If we determine that the client’s profile does not meet the requirements for a successful application after initial consultation, alternative destinations or services may be recommended.
